Change a permitted task field after the responsible person chooses the next step.
Delete
Remove a duplicate draft only when the connection exposes deletion and the session is authorized. Released records are not the example.

Authentication, tool availability and permission to perform an operation are separate requirements. Connected systems continue to enforce their own access rules.
